12 Our Team F & A professional team includes experts with long-term work experience. The majority of our experts have been successfully operating in the financial and accounting services market for over 15 years, holding a first class Accounting & Tax Expert Work Permit. Dimitris Kerasidis, with a strong economic and statistical academic background and a long experience in finance and accounting, corporate strategy and operation. He has served as General and Financial Manager in Multinational and Greek Companies across the manufacturing, commercial, and construction and service sectors. Anastasios Tsoutis, with a solid financial academic background presents extensive experience in accounting, financial management, consolidations and reporting, capital raising, as well as cost controlling. Seraphim Markakis, with expert knowledge in accounting, and solid field experience in financial and tax audits and taxation issues as well as compliance with international accounting standards. George Xythalis, with a strong accounting and tax academic background and senior experience in financial and cost accounting in the manufacturing, services and commercial sectors. Konstantina Mazaraki, has obtained a solid and diverse working experience in Greece and in the UK. Combines a very strong administration background together with a sound knowledge of the UK tax system due to her many years working for the accounting sector in London. Currently studying with the ACCA. Ilias Kerasidis, with academic background in economics & management, presents international experience in marketing consulting, competition analysis and strategic issues. Currently studying with the CIMA.
