Review the following information and your completed application to member.contractor@clearesult.com STEP 1: REVIEW THE MEMBER CONTRACTOR CODE OF ETHICS As a Member Contractor, I agree: 1. To maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service and integrity in all areas of my company 2. To adhere to eligibility guidelines listed on the Efficiency UNITED program application and ask an Efficiency UNITED representative for clarification when needed 3. To actively promote Efficiency UNITED Programs applicable to my business 4. To provide services in accordance with all industry-specific laws, building codes and licensing requirements 5. CLEAResult and Efficiency UNITED may distribute my company s name as a Member Contractor including presenting my company s information (as identified in Step 2 of this application) on the Efficiency UNITED Find a Contractor search tool 6. My participation does not constitute an endorsement of my company by CLEAResult, Efficiency UNITED, or any other participating utility company 7. CLEAResult and Efficiency UNITED do not endorse any particular manufacturer, product or system design 8. Use of the CLEAResult, Efficiency UNITED or other utility company names or logos on Member Contractor promotional materials without prior permission from CLEAResult is prohibited 9. My participation is valid for the duration of the program(s), unless I violate the Member Contractor Code of Ethics. In this event I understand my company s name will be removed from the Member Contractor website listing and financial penalties may be enforced 10. To hold CLEAResult and Efficiency UNITED and the participating utility companies, their directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all loss, liabilities, costs, claims, suits, expenses, actions and all other obligations and proceedings, including without limitation all judgements, fines and penalties, including all attorneys fees and other costs of litigation arising, directly or indirectly 11. CLEAResult and Efficiency UNITED are not liable for any damage caused by the installation of the equipment or for any damage caused by the malfunction of installed equipment 12. CLEAResult and Efficiency UNITED reserve the right to discontinue or change any program at any time 13. CLEAResult and Efficiency UNITED are not responsible for the proper disposal and/or recycling of any waste generated as a result of my project
