2 Earned Value Management and Progress Measurement For a successful project management the Percentage of completion and Earned Value progress measurement techniques are crucial elements. The Consulting Solution is based on official Earned Value standards and integrates with the Earned Value functionality provided in ERP PS. A wide range of measurement techniques is available for the calculation of non-aggregated POCs aggregation along the project s task hierarchy

4 Functionality An additional WebDynpro application is provided, containing the following features: different measurement methods for POC determination are available and can be assigned via progress versions as default for special task types or custom settings on task level aggregation to PS accounting object level for a seamless integration into SAP PS visualization of accumulated POC on task, phase and project level selection between progress versions and timeframes visualization of budgets, costs and the earned values based on data from SAP PS 4
