1 EMPORIO ARMANI OROLOGI (WATCHES) FALL / WINTER 2009 WOMEN S COLLECTION The AW0809 Emporio Armani women s watches collection features new styles which focus on the look and feel of crocodile skin. Model AR0723, featured prominently in the Fall / Winter 2009 advertising campaign, is a simple, yet playfully, elegant watch. The watch head is small, round and made of stainless steel. It has been designed as a charm attached to a perfectly circular stainless steel cuff bracelet that has been covered in taupe-coloured calf leather embossed to resemble crocodile skin. The dial is also taupe in colour and has a textured finish that complements the tactile texture of the leather-covered cuff. Model AR0714 is made of polished stainless steel and features a slim, rectangular case with a pavé-encrusted dial. The large oval-shaped lugs are bold and striking, yet retain an elegant simplicity and sophistication. Their shape is mimicked in the 4 links that form the backside of the bracelet, which fastens with a jewellery buckle. This watch is also available on a black leather cuff embossed to resemble crocodile skin (model AR0716). Audacious and graphic, it features a simple black dial with a textured finish that complements the tactile texture of the leather cuff. Graceful and stylish in its classic simplicity, model AR0413 has a slim stainless steel case and a black calf leather strap embossed to resemble crocodile skin. Rectangular in shape, the corners of the case are gently angled to soften and feminize its form. The white mother-ofpearl dial is textured and has silver-coloured Roman numeral hour markers as well as a date feature at 6 o clock. CLASSIC COLLECTION New additions to the collection of classic watches epitomise nostalgic design balanced with modern styling. With classic Emporio Armani styling and design details, model AR0411 features a stainless steel case in a subtle tonneau shape, a brown calf leather strap embossed to resemble crocodile skin, and our signature amber-coloured crystal. This watch is also available with a black strap and champagne-coloured dial (model AR0409). Model AR0405 has a rectangular stainless steel case with a black leather strap embossed to resemble crocodile skin and features a textured black dial with applied silver-coloured hour markers. This watch is also available with a brown strap and amber-coloured crystal (model AR0407). Featuring a round case and made entirely of stainless steel, model AR2434 has a 3-link bracelet with deployment buckle. The wide central link has a brushed finish and the outer links are finished with a high polish. 2 markers and feature between 4 and 5 o clock. This watch also available with a black calf strap embossed to resemble crocodile skin (model AR2432). Produced in a traditional tonneau case-shape, model AR0936 is a large chronograph watch with a distinct dial language. The case is made of stainless steel with both polished and brushed details, and the black calf-leather strap is embossed to resemble crocodile skin. The silver-coloured dial features black hands and Roman-numeral hour markers, a date function at 3 o clock and a textured centre with 2 vertically-aligned chronograph counters outlined in black. This watch is also available with a 3-link stainless steel bracelet and black dial (model AR0937) as well as in non-chronograph versions (models AR0933 and AR0935). SPORT COLLECTION The Emporio Armani AW0809 sport watch collection focuses on black ion-plated finishes and black rubber straps. Chronograph model AR5839 has a large, round, brushed, stainless steel case with black ionplated details in matte finish on the case, bezel, crown and pushers. The black dial is very rich in detail, and features 3 chronograph counters and a date function. Silver-coloured details in the hands, counters and hour markers create a strong, graphic appeal while the textured finish on the case lends a ruggedly masculine touch. This model is also available with a mechanical movement (model AR4630). It features a clear dial that allows a view to the inner workings of the watch. Quasi-futuristic in its design, model AR5846 has a black ion-plated stainless steel case that is round in shape and features an integrated rubber bracelet that has been embossed to resemble the look and feel of crocodile skin. The black dial reveals 3 chronograph counters and a sloping concave ring with silver hour markers covered in superluminova to all them to glow in the dark. MECCANICO WATCH COLLECTION Emporio Armani s range of automatic watches continues to focus on skeleton movements a design feature that allows a full view to the inner workings of the watch. Model AR4230 has a rectangular stainless steel case based on one of our best-selling original platforms. It features a standard 3-hand movement that is fully visible both through the ambercoloured crystal and clear dial on the face of the watch as well as through the clear crsytal caseback. The case is made of stainless steel and the strap is made of dark brown leather embossed to resemble crocodile skin. A key design distinction is the sylised Roman-numeral hour markings applied to the skeleton dial. Model AR4628 borrows all the same design elements and applies them to a round stainless steel case with a black calf leather strap. Model AR4229 also uses our original best selling rectangular case shape in stainless steel and features a highly decorative and graphic dial with brushed côtes de Genève finishes, a date function and a sub-seconds counter. The brown calf-leather strap is embossed to resemble crocodile skin and the amber-coloured crystal is signature Emporio Armani. This watch is also available with a black strap and a dial that combines both black and gun-metal finishes (model AR4228).
