6 + IMPORTANT PROJECT INFORMATION & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES + DEPOSITS and LATE PAYMENTS All initial deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot in our project queue, and since projects are often booked in advance, we may have turned away clients whose job could have been completed in your time slot. Final project balance is due upon completion and delivery of the final files. After 15 days, a one and one half (1.5%) monthly service charge will be billed against late payments of final invoice. + WEB HOSTING We do not host the sites that we design. It is the client s responsibility to purchase their domain name and hosting package, and provide Nomad Design House the log in information. We can make recommendations for hosting services (godaddy.com, bluehost.com), and provide assistance with setting this up for a fee. You can also call us during the hours of 10am and 4pm CST (via Skype or phone: (+506) ), although it is best to schedule phone or Skype calls ahead of time so that we can prepare for our conversation and allot the proper amount of time to chat. + TIMELINE Each project varies depending on the amount of work contracted and complexity of the project. For smaller projects like a single logo or print design, the average timeline is 1-2 weeks. The average timeline for our "Small Business Special package is 2-3 months, depending mostly on the client's response timeliness, and submission of website content.
