1 GENERAL TERMS Pricing All prices are declared in rubles and include 18% VAT. The cost of the services covers only placement of advertising at the Exhibition and its official publications and documents. The price doesn t include producing of advertisement artworks, any construction for outdoor advertisement. Artwork of the advertisement should be provided by the Advertiser. Materials The Organizers are ready to assist you in designing your artwork or other advertising materials. When printing from the originals provided by the Advertiser, reclamations for printing (color, proportions) are admitted no later then 3 weeks after the Exhibition and only in case of submitting color proof (iconic) to the Organizer. Color proof together with the model must be passed to the representative of the Organizer on the basis of an invoice signed by both sides. All initial and preparation materials, proofs, print outs received from Advertisers can be sent back by the Organizer no later then 1 August Liability In case of placing promotional materials the costumer incurs liability: provided informational material and legality of using exclusive and intellectual rights, regardless of those which belong to third parties; unconscientious and doubtful information as defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation; claims based on: unauthorized use of commercial and trade names, defensive and trade marks, list of companies and company`s logo; unauthorized use of intellectual activity results or brand identity; with pursuing other actions connected with breach of the Russian Federation legislation on the use of exclusive or intellectual rights. The costumer is obliged to compensate the losses and penalty amount in cases if the liability attaches to him as contemplated in terms of the present Application Contract. All claims of third parties arising out of violations of the production and distribution of advertising of the Exhibitor in the exhibition, advertising legislation, legal rights and third parties shall be settled by the Exhibitor on its own behalf and its own expense. In case of a filing to the organizers of the third party claims arising from irregularities in the production and distribution of advertising Exhibitor in the exhibition, advertising legislation, the legitimate rights and interests of third parties (if it is not connected with organized guilty distortion given by Exhibitor promotional materials), the Exhibitor shall compensate for the losses of all amounts due, including the costs of the claims, fines, compensation payments (paid, whether by court order or in the order of pre trial settlement of the claim or on the basis of a settlement agreement), as well as lost profits. Company s logo and hyperlink are place in every message. Price 700 Euro Logo will be included in every monthly mailing from the date of payment. One time e mailing of electron invitations to the stand of the company or of the press release using Organizers own base (over contacts). Materials for distribution provided by the advertiser. Price: 500 Euro It s possible to send invitations of participating company according to agreed base. The Organizers offer a selection of mail bases for your choice. The cost of matching base is determined in each case separately please, contact the Organizers.
