The help desk utilizes the built-in message system that sends an to the administration personnel for the Plan or the authorized agent on their account. Request Loan/Distribution The online Participant Gateway makes requesting loans and distributions an easy process. Participants are guided through a step-by-step module that provides them with an available amount based on their account and the allowable Plan provisions. As an advocate of the Participant, ASPire is watchful of the expenses incurred with the operation of retirement plan benefits. Annual Account Fee - $40* per Participant plus.15% of account value paid by the Participant account or by the sponsor *Please Note: The annual $40 account fee may be discounted to offset plan administration costs. This reduction will be noted on the enrollment form. All other investment expenses within the 403(b) FundSource SM is based on the mutual fund expense ratios of selected investments. Getting started 1 Complete the Enrollment Forms - To obtain enrollment materials, follow these steps: -- Go to our website, -- At the top left, click on the link Plan Search -- By state, pull up your district/plan name -- Once there, click on Get Started and Enroll Now This page contains all of the instructions and documents you will need to enroll with ASPire -- Download the enrollment kit, and complete the required information Also note, when possible, we have made available the Salary Deferral Agreement on our site. Please designate ASPire Financial Services as your investment vendor election. 2 3 Send the Enrollment Forms - Please fax the completed forms to Please mail the transfer forms as they require a recent account statement and originals.
