The Concept of Wholesale and Dedicated Internet Everywhere Wireless (EW) specializes in providing and installing wholesale, dedicated, high-speed Internet in bulk exclusively for the multi-family industry. Everywhere Wireless can provide community-wide wired and wireless Internet for your residents at a significant discount while providing speeds faster than nearly all retail Internet providers. Everywhere Wireless Provides The Ability To... Create New Revenue Stream Purchase High Speed Internet at Wholesale Prices Resell Your Internet to Your Residents for a Profit Privatize Your Internet Network Create a Property-Wide Hotspot Give Your Property a Competitive Advantage A Simple Fact: Fiber-Optic, Bulk Internet Is Up To 80% Less Expensive Than Retail Are You Paying Retail Prices? Everywhere Wireless provides wholesale, dedicated, high-speed Internet in bulk in order to reduce costs. Much like any commodity, purchasing in this manner significantly reduces the cost per unit for highspeed Internet in your building. To put it another way, as a property manager, if you wouldn t pay 80% more to shop at a small hardware store, then why are you doing the same with your Internet? Dedicated Versus Shared Internet Everywhere Wireless provides dedicated high-speed Internet directly to your building or community. Everywhere Wireless provides this by connecting your property directly to the Internet without sharing with other users. This means that your building will receive guaranteed, high-speed Internet in the amount of bandwidth you choose, with the ability to increase bandwith over time. Vs. 1

The Benefits of Fiber Op c Internet How Does Fiber Op c Bring The Fastest Internet To Your Property? Unlike your pre-existing copper cable, which carries a low voltage electrical signal, fiber optic cable transmits data through light pulses. Lasers create a light source that is turned on and off very, very quickly, and can travel uninterrupted between two points, transmitting data radically faster than the copper data lines your ISP currently uses. Unlike copper, multiple streams of data can be carried through fiber by using multiple wavelengths (colors) of light, creating unmatched speeds for data transmission. This same fiber optic Internet is also scalable, meaning you will never have to upgrade the cables, just the technology that utilizes them. Further, fiber is extremely thin. In fact, individual strands of fiber are only 1/250th of the width of a human hair. One standard fiber with 200 strands is about the thickness of a standard coaxial cable. Theoretically, that single fiber cable has enough capacity to carry all of the data being sent over the Internet on Earth at any one time! Cable DSL Copper Vs. Fiber Optic Internet EW Fiber Optic Interference No Interference! Fiber Optic Cable goes directly to your property at the speed of light! Inefficiency Your Property Up to 1000 Mbps! Distance Contributing factors that slow copper Internet speeds versus fiber optic Internet: 1.) Interference - Copper cables pick up electromagnetic interference, severely corrupting speed and data integrity. 2.) Inefficiency - Half duplex copper deployments only send or receive data as opposed to simultaneous data delivery in a full duplex fiber optic deployment. 3.) Distance - Over the same distance copper loses much more data than fiber. 2

The Value Proposi on As of right now, all of your residents are overpaying a third party for their Internet. With each payment, you are losing out on potential revenue. Everywhere Wireless provides dedicated, high-speed Internet that you own and thus are able to resell to your residents. By providing Internet in your property you are now able to charge each resident for this service, creating a source of income that was never before realized. Because Everywhere Wireless is providing Internet in such large quantities, we are able to offer significant discounts to you which you are then able to pass on to your residents. This means that while you re making money on the resale, your residents are saving money on Internet bills: a win-win for everyone! This can be implemented in a number of ways: Increase your rents/assessments Bill residents separately for high-speed Internet Utilize EW s billing service to invoice your residents directly 3

The Benefits of Our Services Privatize Your Internet. Our primary service allows you to privatize your Internet and pay wholesale prices for fiber-optic based Internet. We also provide the ability to make your entire property completely wireless. We then act as a customer service provider to support your network and provide end-user customer and technical support to your residents. Attract New Residents and Retain Current Ones with EW! Wholesale Internet Prices. Our concept brings the Internet infrastructure to your building, at wholesale prices, allowing us to manage and maintain the network. Revenue Generator. Everywhere Wireless brings you the most competitive pricing available in the marketplace today. When you resell cost effective Internet, your cost savings can be passed on to your residents. They are happy paying less and getting more, and you re happy bringing in new revenue. Current Resident Retention and New Resident Marketability. According to J. Turner Research, high-speed Internet is one of the most important factors in a potential resident s decision to sign a lease. With high-speed Internet from Everywhere Wireless, your property will have the competitive edge it needs to stay occupied. Significant Savings Over Retail Providers. We purchase our bandwidth in bulk. This means that the cost per unit of high-speed Internet is significantly less than regular retail Internet providers. In some cases, we have reduced Internet bills upwards of 80%. No Upfront Installation Costs. We can help you finance the installation, to avoid any upfront capital expenses. 24/7 Customer Support and Maintenance. We will maintain your Internet connection, equipment and end-user support at no additional cost. We maintain your network so you don t have to. 4

The Compe ve Advantage According to an independent study by J. Turner Research, Wi-Fi Internet access, along with online rent payment and online maintenance requests, topped the new technologies list as the amenity most important to residents. With Everywhere Wireless, you can meet the demands of today s resident and keep your property competitive with reliable, high-speed Internet on your property 24/7. What are Renters Demanding? On-Site Business Center Online Maintenance Requests Online Rent Payment Wi-Fi Internet Access 0% 10% 20% 30% 40% 50% 60% 70% 80% 90% Imagine the possibili es...with unlimited bandwidth! 5

The Strategic Process So what s involved in getting your building or community dedicated, high-speed Internet? We have a comprehensive strategic process that keeps you informed of our method from beginning to end. Here is what you can expect with our strategic installation at your building: 1. Pre-Installa on A property walk-through Analyze the property layout to determine the best installation method Compare cost of all Internet providers in your area - identify best fit Present final recommendations for level of service and scope of installation 2. Installa on and Setup Market wireless amenity to residents Have a coordinated construction schedule with management Train management staff for Internet set-up and resident move-ins Send out welcome cards to all residents that show how to activate Internet 3. Post-Installa on and Customer Service Issue resident survey to ensure residents are happy with their service Provide customer service to your residents 7-days a week Monitor services on a 24/7 basis to ensure no major outages or signal loss Assess additional bandwidth needs 4. Proac ve Maintenance Dedicated customer support specialist assigned to your property On-site inspections to check and maintain equipment System monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week On-site service calls Power outage backup Local, live support staff 6

The Installa on Overview To provide your property with the best Internet possible, Everywhere Wireless will install equipment specific to the needs of your property. Every property is unique and Everywhere Wireless has recognized solutions for even the most difficult deployments. These configurations include, but are not limited to: An indoor hotspot installation An outdoor hotspot installation A DSL installation An Ethernet installation Typical Equipment Used 7

The Installa on Methods Indoor Hotspot Installa on Access Points Provide Wireless Internet To En re Floor U lity Room With a hotspot installation, Everywhere Wireless will install wireless access points on each floor of your property including all common areas. To access the Internet, the resident will need a wireless compatible device. The resident can then open their browser, enter their username and password, and begin surfing the Internet wirelessly anywhere in the building. Outdoor Hotspot Installa on Outdoor Access Points Provide Wireless Internet to Residents For many garden-style communities, we provide an outdoor hotspot installation. This configuration will make your entire community completely wireless. All units and common areas will have access to high-speed, wireless Internet 24/7/365. 8

The Installa on Methods DSL Network Installa on Uses Exis ng Telephone Lines to Deliver Internet To Each Unit U lity Room With a DSL network installation Everywhere Wireless will create a DSL environment using your property s existing telephone infrastructure. To access the Internet, the resident will simply plug a DSL modem (EW provided) into their telephone jack and connect their computer to the modem with an ethernet cable. This plug-and-play technology requires no configuration and provides immediate access to the the Internet. Ethernet Installa on Internet is Delivered via Ethernet Wall-Jack in Each Unit U lity Room With a plug-and-play deployment, an Ethernet configuration allows the resident to connect their computer or wireless router to an Ethernet jack which is installed in the wall of the residential unit. They are then connected to the Internet. 9

The Resident Experience Once your high-speed Internet is installed, residents can get online. If your building has an indoor/ outdoor hotspot configura on: Residents will choose the Everywhere Wireless network from the list of available networks on their wireless compatible device. They will select the Everywhere Wireless network and open their browser. The browser will ask them for their name and password (already provided by Everywhere Wireless or building management). Once logged in, they can begin enjoying high-speed, wireless Internet anywhere in the building or property. If your building has a DSL network configura on: Residents will be able to connect to the Internet by connecting their modem (provided by Everywhere Wireless) to their phone jack. They will then connect their computer or wireless router to the modem with an Ethernet cable. They can then begin using the Internet. If your building has an Ethernet configura on: Residents with Ethernet ports in their unit will be able to connect their computer or wireless router directly to the Ethernet port. They are then able to use the Internet. For troubleshooting inquiries, residents can call Everywhere Wireless technical support team. 10
