GLOBAL VPN We have direct access PoPs, including partner PoPs, in 17 countries across Africa, plus partner network-to-network (NNI) coverage in a further three countries. These are connected to our Global VPN service, which is available in over 70 countries worldwide. By making use of local internet services through partnerships in 40 African countries, we can manage devices and build Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) into our Global VPN. And we can form the Extended Access services that enable you to reach your customers in other parts of the world. Our Global VPN can be accessed from over 190 countries, offering a consistent and industry-leading solution with six Classes of Service available to meet the needs of your customers applications. DEDICATED ETHERNET SERVICES You have access to dedicated Ethernet services in South Africa, with PoPs connected to our global Ethernet services in 54 countries worldwide. Three of the Global Dedicated Ethernet PoPs connect into four different cable systems, providing excellent diversity into both Europe and Asia. Our African PoPs are part of our next-generation Ethernet network, that enables us to support a vastly increased number of VLANS and MAC address, and scale easily to meet future demands. IP TRANSIT Our direct access PoPs, including partner PoPs, are located in South Africa, Egypt, Kenya and Tanzania. They deliver ports up to 100GB to service providers across the continent, and are connected to our global IP network. Our Tier-1 global backbone provides a highspeed, secure and reliable internet connection that reaches more than 230 global PoPs across 70 countries. We offer direct connectivity services between the Middle East and Africa over the TGN-Gulf, SEACOM and TEAMS cable systems. We provide connectivity from TGN-EA, SEACOM, SMW4 and IMEWE landing countries (via Marseille, France) and from WACS landing countries (via Seixal, Portugal) for IP transit to AS6453 locations in Europe and North America, with fully redundant and diverse backbone.
