Are there any dates I can t use my pass or any other restrictions? Premium Merlin Annual Passes don t have any restriction dates (other than attraction opening calendars and capacity restrictions of course!) The Premium Merlin Annual Pass includes: Free standard parking, subject to availability. No restriction dates (however entry cannot be guaranteed in the event of the attraction reaching capacity). The following exclusions apply to Standard Merlin Annual Passes: NO entry into Madame Tussauds (London), The London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium and London Dungeon during the whole of August. NO entry into Madame Tussauds (London), The London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium and London Dungeon on UK Bank Holidays (1st January, 18th & 21st April, 5th & 26th May, 25th August and 26th December 2014). NO entry to The London Eye on 14th February and 29th October to 31st October. NO entry to the London Dungeon from 1st March to 10th March and 29th October to 31th October. Secondary attractions at Warwick Castle including, but not limited to, the Castle Dungeon and Merlin the Dragon Tower will be subject to additional charges. An event booking fee will apply to Fright Nights and other special events at THORPE PARK regardless of the time of entry or departure. The Merlin Annual Pass is not valid for entry to our secondary attractions including the Alton Towers water park or extraordinary golf. FAQs When does my pass start from? Your 12 months entry starts from the date you collect the pass from your chosen attraction. How do I get my pass? When purchasing the pass you will be asked to choose an attraction to collect your pass. All Passholders need to be present when collecting your passes as photographs and personal details are required. When do I pay for my passes? You pay for the passes over the telephone when you make the order, payment can be made by Debit or Credit card (American Express and Visa Electron are not accepted). What is a family Merlin Annual Pass? A family Merlin Annual Pass can contain either 3, 4 or 5 people. Of those included on a family pass, a maximum of three may be aged 12 years or older.
