P R I N T E R S Two Great Inkjet Printing Solutions for Indoor and Outdoor Applications Now there are two KODAK PROFESSIONAL Large Format Inkjet Printers in our 3000 Series The new KODAK PROFESSIONAL Large Format 3043 Inkjet Printer This printer reaffirms Kodak s leadership in professional quality digital output. It offers six-ink printing (cyan, light cyan, magenta, light magenta, yellow, and black; dye or pigmented inks) for spectacular images up to 43 inches across. You ll appreciate the wide color gamut and reduced visibility of dots in lighter-density areas of cyan and magenta especially sky and skin tones. An additional two pigmented inks are available (orange and green), enabling significant increases in color gamut versus 4-ink printing. The KODAK PROFESSIONAL Large Format 3038 Inkjet Printer This four-ink printer (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black either pigmented or dye inks) delivers very high quality results, on media up to 38 inches wide. The result is a total output solution that can further build your business in print and photo services. Every 3000-Series printer includes KODAK Easy Print software. Developed by Kodak, this print utility incorporates KODAK Color Management Technology, making it quick and easy to produce outstanding images. The application s few simple controls offer a range of size, output quality, and media selection options. When you select Print, all input parameters are automatically optimized, ensuring the highest quality image at the highest possible speed. As you further build your inkjet printing business, you will want to take advantage of a full-featured Raster Image Processors (RIP). I N K S Inks for Indoor and Outdoor Applications KODAK PROFESSIONAL Standard Inks are a key part of our output delivery system. They offer bright, saturated colors, crisp type, and excellent image stability over a wide range of applications. They are available in both pigmented and dye inksets, each with a choice of four or six colors. For six-ink printing with the KODAK PROFESSIONAL 3043 printer, light cyan and light magenta supplement the standard CMYK inks to create smoother, more natural color images. We also offer orange and green inks (pigmented inks only), which can be used in our six-ink 3043 printer for bold results. KODAK PROFESSIONAL Standard Dye Inks These fast-drying, color-rich inks enable you to generate high-quality output. 5 KODAK PROFESSIONAL Cleaning Cartridge Kits When changing from a pigmented inkset to a dye inkset, it s always a good idea to clean the printer s ink delivery system. (It s not necessary when switching from a dye inkset to pigmented inks.) Kodak makes this cleaning easy with KODAK PROFESSIONAL Cleaning Cartridge Kits. Multiple cartridges are required to thoroughly clean the printer. That s why Kodak offers two different kits, one for the four-ink 3038 printer and a second one for the six-ink 3043 printer. Each kit has the correct number of waste drawers for proper disposal of the spent cleaning fluids and contains everything you need for two complete cleanings.
