Twenty2nine p rimer pairs were used and p roduced 187 polymorphic loci. The map consists of 12 linkage group s, which include 152 genetic markers, and covers cm w ith an average genetic distance of cm. Every linkage group has 6-32 genetic m arkers, average genetic dis2 tance is cm, Key words: M elon; Cucum is m elo L. ; and the length of linkage group is cm.
