2 Business Administration Level 2 (QCF) This qualification acknowledges the competence of those candidates/learners working in an administration position (e.g. secretary, receptionist, administrator etc.). This course will allow individuals to develop administrative knowledge and understanding and demonstrate competence in a range of areas including: Manage own performance in a business environment; Improve own performance in a business environment; Work in a business environment; Communicate in a business environment. support and be expected to engage to develop these essential employer required skills. Plan and you will be allocated a Training Advisor who will visit you in your workplace to Business and Administration L3, subject to relevant roles and responsibilities. and relates to National Occupational Standards (NOS) in Business Administration.

3 Business Administration Level 3 (QCF) This qualification acknowledges the competence of candidates/learners working in an administration position (e.g. secretary, administrator, personal assistant, team leader, office supervisor etc.) and have a great deal of technical skills and knowledge including some supervisory aspects of colleagues works activity. Candidates will be working with minimum supervision and have a good record of safety, fault correction and ensuring work meets the required standard. Level 3 is ideal for candidates with some knowledge and experience of administration systems who want to develop skills to implement and monitor administrative procedures and systems through analytical judgement and recommendations. In some cases, the Training Advisor may offer advice to your line manager on development activities that might enable you to meet the qualification support and be expected to engage in developing these essential skills required by your employer. Plan and you will be allocated with a Training Advisor who will visit you in your workplace to A Level 4 qualification or programme subject to relevant roles and responsibilities. and relates to National Occupational Standards (NOS) in Business Administration.

4 Healthcare Support Services Level 2 (QCF) Designed for the NHS, this qualification acknowledges the competence of those candidates /learners working in healthcare support roles within hospital or outpatient /day case environments (e.g. HCA, porter, housekeeper, switchboard operator, catering, gardener, records and data management, ward clerks, security, etc.). These roles are central to the smooth running of healthcare services. support and be expected to engage to develop these essential employer required skills. Plan and you will be allocated with a Training Advisor who will visit you in your workplace to progresses. Who is it for? This course will allow individuals to develop relative job/role knowledge and understanding and demonstrate competence in a range of areas including: Effective communication and teamwork; Manage own performance in a business environment; Planning, organising and evaluating process. Where can I progress to?
