2 The Clubs at Houston Oaks overview The Clubs at Houston Oaks sits on 900 picturesque acres of pristine Texas Countryside located northwest of Houston. Owners Marci and Steve Alvis, Terri and John Havens, and Kim and Chuck Watson have created a private retreat offering members world class amenities served alongside with true southern hospitality. The amenities are unparalleled. While members enjoy access to 0,000 square feet of luxurious clubhouse they can also play a round of golf at our new 18-hole championship golf course, designed by renowned architect Chet Williams (scheduled to open in early fall 2016) or at the Family Nine course. Members can take a dip in one of two swimming pools, relax at the spa and fitness center, or spend the night in our Swiss Family Robinson style tree house. The anglers can fish at their leisure in one of our 15 stocked lakes, equestrian lovers can take riding lessons, and members can shoot skeet at the state-of-the-art Gun Club. With numerous dining locations on-site featuring produce grown from our aquaponics greenhouse and Houston Oaks garden, in addition to honey produced from our bee farm, members can savor an exquisite farm-to-fork experience while enjoying handcrafted cocktails or wines handpicked by our in-house sommelier. With over 10 different luxurious, uniquely designed accommodations, members can spend the night or a week here. 3 Chet Williams Signature Course Our new Chet Williams Signature Course will not only test the best golfers, but will be a place where beginners and juniors can enjoy and learn the game we love. Unique to this course are six sets of tee boxes on every hole to accommodate all skill levels from beginners and juniors to the professionals. The beautiful oak trees and gentle rolling terrain that frame each hole, coupled with strategically placed bunkers & lakes, give the feeling of a traditional course while challenging a golfer s strategy and skill. 18-Hole Championship Course Hole Black Par OUT IN TOTALS

Golf Facilities include: A Chet Williams designed 18 hole golf course Chet Williams has become one of the most renowned golf course architects in all of golf. Chet has designed many top golf courses such as: Whispering Pines (#1 rated course in Texas), Traditions, College Station, Summit Rock, Horseshoe Bay and Las Campanas (Sunset), Santa Fe, New Mexico just to name a few. Chet has over 25 years of experience as lead designer for Jack Nicklaus. Our Family Nine is a nine hole course that is a great area for beginners, juniors, men and ladies to practice and learn the game of golf while having fun doing so. This course features 7 par s and 2 par s. Members are encouraged to use this incredible 7-hole short game practice facility to cultivate their putting and short game. Full practice areas and driving range with club fitting and professional instruction always available located at the Clubhouse in front of our Golf Pro Shop. Comfort Stations both The Houston Oaks Course and Family Nine have specially designed comfort stations that match the architecture style of the clubhouse.

5 Fishing Club Where members young and old have access to private fishing guides. The latest equipment, as well as boats and canoes to enhance your fishing experience. Fish Camp Facilities include: 15 stocked lakes scattered among the 900 acres Guided fishing excursions with our professional angler 2 boats with trolling motors Canoes available for fishing Rental gear and bait shop Equestrian Club Lessons and activities available for ages 5 and older and all skill levels. Both English and Western riding are available. 6 Tennis with Liezel Huber Liezel Huber, three time Olympian, winner of seven Grand Slams and ranked #1 for 199 weeks, is spearheading our Tennis Club at The Clubs at Houston Oaks. Liezel offers group and private lessons as well as coordinates year-round leagues and annual club championships for all ages. Every Wednesday evening members are encouraged to join Liezel on the courts for a Tennis Social followed by dinner at Gabby s Grill at the Park House.
