2 BILL NO INTRODUCED BY: ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY OF WASHINGTON TO ENTER INTO A SALES CONTRACT WITH SYDENSTRICKER IMPLEMENT COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2017 CAB TRACTOR Missouri, as follows: Be It Ordained by the Council of the City of Washington, SECTION 1: The City of Washington, Missouri is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Sales Contract with SYDENSTRICKER IMPLEMENT COMPANY for the purchase of a 2017 Cab Tractor. A copy of which sales contract is attached and marked as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2: The Mayor and are hereby authorized to execute said Sales Contract and to do all things necessary by the terms of said Sales Contract. SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval. WITNESSETH: Whereas, Seller was the best bid received for the PURCHASE OF A 2017 CAB TRACTOR for the Street Department of the City of Washington, Missouri. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Seller agrees to provide to the City of Washington Street Department a 2017 CAB TRACTOR for payment in the sum of FIFTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY THREE DOLLARS AND FOURTEEN CENTS ($59' ). 2.
