We ve developed several great ways to help you save time, get job leads and promote your business...and opening a secure web account with Harvey is easy! The following pages will show you how to: 1) Register for a web account on Harvey s Customer Secure Site 2) Apply for the HBP ProZone Contractor Referral Program and view status of ProZone referrals 3) Use the Harvey e-catalog for 24/7 access to online product ordering and more 4) Order customized marketing materials through the Marketing Shop Once you log into your secure web account, you will also have access to specific information on your account and other useful information and programs, including: Window and door order status Your charge account balance Account/order status and invoice history My Info access including account address and contact information HBP ProBucks information Trips/Home Remodeling Conferences Contractor exclusive promotions and events Ad Planner (logos and web linking tools) If you need additional help getting started with a secure web account, we re here to help! 3 >> Customer Secure Site In order to gain access to all of the great tools and information available on our customer secure site you must have an account with Harvey Building Products. Once your account is opened, you re on your way to establishing a Secure Web Account! How It Works 1 2 Go to harveybp.com/pro. Click the Customer Login tab at the top of the page. 3 New Users choose Register for Web Access at the bottom of the page. a. Fill out the form with your account information. b. If the information matches our system, a temporary password will automatically be sent to you. c. If information does not match, a representative will contact you within 24 business hours. 4 Already have a web account and forgot your password or web ID? Choose the Help I forgot my password link on the Customer Login page.

4 >> HBP ProZone The HBP ProZone, our contractor referral program, effectively connects interested homeowners with experienced professionals like you. Free to those who qualify, our referral program allows professionals to include a company profile and industry certifications. How It Works Go to harveybp.com/pro. Click on Customer Login and enter your login information. Click on the ProZone Referral Program link in left navigation bar. If first time visiting, Program Overview page will appear. Please review and then choose Apply Now button. 5 The application page will appear and will show account sales (12 month rolling period) for the categories indicated. a. Apply for all those categories you are interested in receiving referrals for even if you do not meet the minimum criteria. Once you meet the minimum criteria, you will be placed on referrals for that product. b. Select the distance from your billing zip code that you will service homeowners and please check the box if you will cross state lines. c. 5 6 Your application will be reviewed by your sales rep and, once approved, you will receive an to fill out your profile. a. Profile must contain up to a 500 character customer statement. b. Optional information: insurance and license information. c. We also offer a list of certifications for you to choose from; we do require you to fax/ proof of certification to us once profile is submitted. d. Submit profile. 7 Your profile will be reviewed and you will receive notification via once it is approved and active on the website. Once active in the HBP ProZone you will also have the ability to view your referral status and activity at any time. Using our reporting tool, you can view the number of times your name came up in a homeowner search; how many times you were added to their preferred short list; how many times you were removed from their list and why. 6 >> e-catalog Harvey e-catalog is conveniently available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for remodeling and building professionals and contains over 30,000 product SKUs. Our online ordering system is designed to make ordering materials faster, easier and more convenient with anytime ordering. You will have the ability to create and save jobs and materials lists as well as prepare quotes using your margin! How It Works Go to harveybp.com/pro. Click on Customer Login and enter your login information. Click on e-catalog (a separate window will open for features of the secure site and shop on e-catalog). 4 Search by product line, name, brand, or by Harvey item code in order to locate what you need. 5 Add items to your shopping cart, or to a Materials List for future reference or to reuse on other jobs. 6 Enter instructions the branch may need to prepare your order including branch location and delivery information. 7 Review and submit your online order. Note: Harvey windows and doors cannot be ordered through e-catalog.

7 >> Marketing Shop Our Marketing Shop is your one-stop shop for well-designed, customizable marketing items that can help market your company professionally and affordably. Choose from a variety of mailers, job signs, door hangers, apparel and more. It s a great way to make an impact with homeowners and get your company and services recognized. How It Works Go to harveybp.com/pro. Click on Customer Login and enter your login information. Click on Marketing Shop. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up a Marketing Shop login (separate from your secure site login) or simply log in as a Guest to start shopping. Select a category from the list of available products Select the product you wish to customize by selecting a quantity, then click Continue at the bottom of the page. 7 Enter your information to customize, then click Preview. 8 Proof your information carefully. Choose Modify to make changes or Order to add to your cart. 9 Review your order, then click Proceed to Checkout.
