4 Introduction The following salary tables are applicable from The salary tables are divided into the sections Government, State, and Municipality. They comprise basic salaries, supplements, different rates, etc. You can find more information on the different salary levels in IDA s salary levels in IDA s salary statistics available on IDA s website. 4 Introduction
5 Government The Danish Society of Engineers has for 2014 determined the following guiding minimum salaries pr. month (including employer s as well as your own ) for new graduates in both public sector and private sector companies: kr ,00 MSc in Engineering, MSc, MSc in Information Technology, and other members with long-cycle higher education degrees. kr ,00 Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor, and members with medium-cycle higher education degrees. Minimum salaries are determined on the basis of the salaries of the privately employed engineers. In connection with the introduction of a new salary system in the public sector with more room for negotiation of supplements(individual salary), it has been decided politically to share the rates for guiding minimum salaries with employees in the public sector as a basis for negotiation on the determination of supplements to the grade salary. All basic amounts are net amounts, indicating that the salary is without the employee s. The regulation factor per is factor 1, Government 5
