2 ! 2 Dear Riders It's a pleasure for us to invite you to the Belgian Nationals at Lakeside Paradise - Cable Wakeboard & Wakeskate competition, to be held 1st and 2nd of October 2016 in Knokke- Heist, Belgium. This Bulletin should help you to organize your trip to Belgium and tell you more about the event. If you have any questions feel free to contact us!

7 ! 7 2. How to get to Lakeside Paradise Lakeside Paradise is located at the coast in the northern- eastern part of Belgium in the province of West- Vlaanderen. By car; GPS entry "Knokkestraat" 8300 Knokke-Heist From there you ll follow the arrows indicating Lakeside Paradise Public transportation: By train: final destination Knokke-Heist Walk along the knokkestraat for 500m By plane: Many international flights, including Ryan Air, land in Brussels (Charleroi). From there you can take the train towards Bruges and Knokke-Heist. 3. Before traveling to Belgium Visa : Belgium is part of the Schengen Area so most of the European travellers don t need a visa for short stays. Please check your specific country or get information at your travel agencies or consulate. Identity proof : Please make sure that you are coming with a valid ID document stating date of birth and nationality. Local currency : The Belgian currency is Euro ( ). Established credit cards (like Visa and Mastercard) are accepted in most places. You can also use them to draw cash at ATMs. Time difference : Knokke-Heist is on Central European Time (CET) For example, 00:00 in Central Europe is 00:00 in Knokke-Heist and 23:00 in London General information : Main electricity: 220 Volt, use an Euro plug or an universal adapter.
