1 Foster Home Questionnaire Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster home to one of our rescued German Shepherd or Corgi dogs. Our organization relies heavily on foster families to save dogs lives, and we couldn t save as many as we do without volunteers like you, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will review your questionnaire as quickly as possible, and we will contact you to further discuss with you next steps. A home visit may be required prior to fostering a dog for our rescue. We reserve the right to deny any application at our sole discretion. It is our responsibility to act in the best interest of the dogs and to find the most suitable temporary home for each dog s individual personality and needs. Responses to ALL questions are REQUIRED. We ask about resident and visiting children because not all dogs are accustomed to children and some dogs prefer people of a specific gender. 3 Information to Match You With The Right Foster Dog Please describe your previous experience with dogs. For how many years have you owned dogs? What breeds? Any special training or activities, etc. Have you ever fostered a pet before If yes, please tell us about your experience.
