1 The following user roles are available in PearsonAccess: Abbreviated PearsonAccess User Role Matrix Florida District Assessment can view score reports and complete all tasks required for computer-based and paper-based testing setup. School (e.g., school principals) can only view limited data about students testing, but these are the only school-level users who can view score reports. CBT (e.g., school assessment coordinator, technology coordinator) can complete all activities related to the setup and administration of computer-based tests. CBT s cannot view score reports. same as CBT s role above. This role is available only for private schools participating under the Private School Opportunities (s , F.S.) legislation. CBT Test (e.g., test administrator assigned to a specific testing room) can only view students testing and can resume tests for students if they exit the test (intentionally or unintentionally). These permissions are included under Test Management > Manage Test Sessions. Test same as CBT Test s role above. This role is available only for private schools participating under the Opportunities (s , F.S.) legislation. The matrix below outlines the major functions assigned to each PearsonAccess user role. This file contains student demographic data and other test-related information about individual students. Student data must be uploaded or entered into the system before students can be registered for a test or receive a PreID label. The participation counts are also used for capacity planning for computer-based testing and for determining the number of manuals needed in the district. A locked account prohibits the user from logging in to the system. The user can unlock a user account. An unlocked account means that the user can log into the system and perform various functions. The user can delete a user account. Deleted user accounts cannot log in to the system. In order to regain system access, deleted user accounts need to be reactivated by an authorized user. The user can reset the password for a user account. An will be generated and sent to the user. The will contain instructions for setting a new password.
