2 What is ISI Emerging Markets? A database that specializes in information on emerging markets of developing countries in Europe, Latin American, Asia and Africa. Information is hard to get elsewhere.

3 What countries are included in our subscription? HKU Libraries only subscribes to its Greater China package including China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Complimentary countries include: India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and Australia

5 How current is the information? Currency varies depending on the nature of the information, eg. BBC Monitoring is updated continuously all day; Certain macroeconomic figures may be updated once per quarter and topical reports may be updated once per year.
