We appreciate the fact that you choose to buy quality OHM Pipe Tobacco, OHM Filtered Cigars and Shargio accessories. Our goal is to ensure you have a favorable experience while exploring and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions which apply to any and all transactions made with Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. By making a purchase with Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc., you agree to the terms set forth below. Shipping Terms The customer is responsible for shipping fees on all orders under $ Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. pays for shipping within the Continental United States on all orders over $ We ship via UPS Ground, UPS Freight & truckload services, customer does not have the option of choosing which shipping method is used for free shipping. If a specific shipping method is prefered the customer may pay the difference. Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. does not pay for ANY additional freight charges. If an order is shipped via UPS Freight and no one is available to unload the shipment, the customer will be responsible for ALL UPS inside delivery charges for unloading. Other Tobacco Products (OTP) Taxes Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. will pay all Other Tobacco Products (OTP) Federal excise tax on products sold. Customers are responsible for paying all Other Tobacco Products (OTP) State excise tax on products purchased. Prices of our products DO NOT reflect state excise taxes. For questions or further information contact Customer Service at Return Policy Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned up to 30 days from the date of receiving the order for a refund. Shipping costs aquired for returns are at the cost of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns. All returns must be authorized in advance. Any returns shipped back without authorization will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. To avoid delays in issuing a credit, please provide your account manager with return tracking information so that we may confirm that the product has been returned. If the conditions stated in our policy are not met Inter- Continental Trading USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return and charge additional shipping and restocking fees dependant upon the situation. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions: 1. Merchandise must be in resaleable condition, in its original carton and including all packaging materials. 2. Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless merchandise is damaged and approved by Inter- Continental Trading USA Inc.). 3. No return of broken or split cases. 4. Claims after 30 days of reciept are not eligible for return or replacement. Damage Policy Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. will replace and cover shipping cost on any defective, damaged or wrongly shipped item if you notify us within 30 days of receipt. If the conditions stated in our policy are not met Inter- Continental Trading USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return and charge additional shipping and restocking fees depending on the situation.
