2 Workswell Thermal Vision Pro Workswell s.r.o. is introducing an unique and high-end thermal imaging system Workswell Thermal Vision Pro for unmanned air systems (UAV) or drones. It is a lightweight thermal imaging system that can have a resolution up to 640 x 512 pixels with temperature sensitivity of 0.05 C. The main goal of the system is a simple transfer, storage and analysis of radiometric (temperature) data directly from UAV (drone) and displays these data on an operator's controller in real time. The system can continuously record videos (AVI) or images (JPEG and radiometric JPEG) on memory that can have maximum of 1TB. All data can be analyzed in software that is included in the Workswell Thermal Vision Pro package. Data (images or videos) can be wirelessly saved by the operator via digital input ports. The system also offers a variety of modes, palettes, security alarms, Max and Min measurement analysis, user profiles and many others. In the system there is also integrated a real digital camera to have a clear visual view during the whole flight.

5 Modes and alarms All the modes, palettes and alarms are possible to set through the software. The system has three operating modes that are available to control with the controller wirelessly: Standard Infrared image The key mode in Workswell Thermal Vision Pro that allows users to set different color palettes, Max and Min temperature analysis, set automatic or manual temperature range and displays all the data on the operator's controller on the ground. Alarm (security) mode The second key mode in Workswell Thermal Vision Pro that allows users to set limit temperature and see (find) only objects (places) with higher or lower temperature than is set. This is the key mode for security and industrial applications. Max and Min analysis is also available in this mode. Digital camera mode Digital camera mode allows the operator to see the area in the visible spectrum, anytime take a picture and then compare it with infrared image.

7 Image processing with FLIR Tools Pictures taken with Workswell ThermalVision Pro are fully radiometric and compatible with the FLIR format (radiometric jpg). This provides a big advantage, because the images can be evaluated in the FLIR Tools program in the same way as if they were taken by one of the FLIR thermal imagers.
