The Restaurant at Christmas Available throughout December for both lunch and dinner, our festive menu can be enjoyed in our beautiful restaurant. Catering for up to 42 diners at any one time, the restaurant has been designed to offer guests a relaxing dining experience so that they can enjoy a sumptuous meal at their leisure. The restaurant s menu, which has been developed with simplicity and quality in mind, features a whole host of tempting dishes. Guest capacities are subject to availability: for larger groups maximum 12 covers. Private Festive Lunch and Dinner Dining Alternatively we can offer our beautiful private dining room. With a capacity of up to 40 guests, a suite can be hired for plus VAT. Wake up to discover the magic of Christmas at Ghyll Manor with traditional festive treats in front of our cosy log fire perfect for reliving the excitement of your childhood Christmases! Then, indulge yourself with a full English breakfast and later a four course traditional Christmas lunch with all the trimmings. Why not walk off your lunch in the hotels beautiful landscape gardens before joining in with the fun and games in the main house, including the Queens speech, tea and Christmas Cake. 13 TREAT YOURSELF: New Year s Eve Dinner Dance two night break. Welcome 2017 with style at Ghyll Manor Hotel and Restaurant this New Year s Eve Welcome in 2017 with style at Ghyll Manor Hotel. Enjoy a two night luxurious and fun filled stay, including superb dinners and relaxing breakfasts. The hotel hosts a fabulous four course black tie dinner dance on New Year s Eve with live music to entertain you until 1am. Begin the evening with a drinks reception before tucking into a delicious menu of gourmet dishes. After dinner, dance the night away until 1am with our exciting new four piece band. Keeping with tradition join us with a count down at midnight and welcome the New Year in toasting with a glass of bubbly. We then welcome you to continue the celebrations in the hotel bar or lounge until the early hours! Wake up at your leisure and enjoy a sumptuous late breakfast.
