You and your company can be a part of our 75 th Annual Sugar Cane Festival on September 23 rd 24 th and 25 th, 2016, that no less than 10,000 visitors will attend, while some of the best local and district bands are performing. These visitors fill restaurants and lodging establishments, shop locally and are supporters of our community. Not only does advertising at the LA Sugar Cane Festival help your business, your support helps our community. As a $500 to $5000 Corporate Sponsor, your company will be able to set up a 20x20 tent alongside other corporate sponsors. With your sponsorship, you will receive passes to the Friday and Saturday Night Downtown Events. Under the 20x20 tent, your company is welcome to distribute t-shirts, key chains, bumper stickers etc. throughout the 3 day event. You will also receive ice chest passes that will allow your company, staff, associates and customers to have easier access to soft drinks, water and spirits without having to wait in long lines. (Please no glass containers) In this package is a copy of the Downtown Events. This year s event includes Friday and Saturday Nights Fais Do Do, Friday Night Candy Toss Parade hosted by the Berry Queens, the Saturday Morning Children s Parade followed by Cruisin the Cane Car Show, and the Queen s Parade on Sunday afternoon.
