This publication can be viewed on line at Congratulations to these four officers for completing the Southern Police Institute s Command Officers Development training. The school is long and intensive and required a lot of time away from home in Fort Lauderdale. They worked hard and did well. Left to right, Sgt. Donnie Catala, Sgt. Ralph Williams, Sgt. In acknowledgement of your efforts to reduce and control losses on behalf of the members of your department and the Florida Sheriff s Risk Management fund.
2 Deputy Kim Trullender and Sgt. Linda Mixon painted out some graffiti at the Big Pine CVS this week. Quite a few Sheriff s Office employees showed up in Marathon for the recent cleanup at Crystal Bay Resort in Marathon. Thanks to Lower Keys Deputy Sean Moran, who was at the cleanup, for the photo. Deputy Ray Jodlowski and Sgt. Mike DiGiovanni from Islamorada held a bike safety day at St. James Preschool. Deputy Nelson Sanchez spoke to these young ladies about the importance of staying safe on the water. Adorable! Grace Jones Daycare says thanks to Sgt. Linda Mixon for arranging a free trip to Jacobs Aquatic Center in Key Largo. The kids had a great time! Thanks also to Raul Cisneros of Keys Shuttle for giving them a ride!
