The Prince William County Criminal Justice Academy Basic Law Enforcement 36 th Session graduated on Friday, June 19, 2015, at 10 a.m. at the Hylton Performing Arts Center, George Mason Circle, in Manassas. This class was composed of 36 Prince William County Police officers. The 36 men and women completed a 24-week course of training in all aspects of police work, including classes in firearms, use-of-force decision making, driver training, legal training, patrol techniques, criminal investigation and crash investigation. He is fluent in Ga, Twi, and Sefimi. Officer Adaquaah is assigned to work patrol in western Prince William Daniel C. Agee is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School in Danville, Va. He served as a military police officer in the U.S. Army prior to joining the Department. Officer Agee is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Bakur Bejaneishvili attended Northern Virginia Community College and studied business administration. He is fluent in Georgian. Officer Bejaneishvili is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Brian A. Billow is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College with an associate s degree in computer science. Officer Billow is assigned to work patrol in western Prince William Laurance W. Bonelli, II, is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, with a bachelor s degree in geology. Officer Bonelli is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Kara L. Brown is a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville with a bachelor s degree in criminal justice. Officer Brown is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Jesse R. Catellier is a graduate of American Military University in West Virginia with an associate s degree in general studies. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps prior to joining the Department. Additionally, he was vice president of the 36 th Session Basic Recruit Class. She served in the U.S. Navy prior to joining the Department, and has family in law enforcement. Officer Colón is assigned to work patrol in western Prince William Kaleb M. Comer is a graduate of Brentsville District High School in Prince William He served in the U.S. Marine Corps prior to joining the Department. Officer Comer is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Jaron J. Dalbeck is a graduate of Anna Maria College in Paxton, Mass., with a master s degree in criminal justice. He was a police officer at American University in Washington, D.C., prior to joining the Department, and he has family in law enforcement. Officer Dalbeck is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Robert M. Ellis, III, is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg, with a bachelor s degree in sociology with a concentration in crime and deviance. He was a seasonal police officer with the Ocean City (Md.) Police Department prior to joining this Department. Officer Ellis is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Zachary M. Fidel is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville with a bachelor s degree in geography. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps prior to joining the Department. Additionally, he was president of the 36 th Session Basic Recruit Class. Officer Fidel is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Jody M. Gillich is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., with a bachelor s degree in criminology. Officer Gillich is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Joseph P. Gregory is a graduate of Philadelphia University of the Arts in Pennsylvania with a bachelor of fine arts degree in art education. He has family in law enforcement. Officer Gregory is assigned to work patrol in western Prince William Sean M. Griffin is a graduate of Gar-Field High School in Prince William He served in the U.S. Marine Corps prior to joining the Department, and has family in law enforcement. Officer Griffin is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Ashley M. Guindon is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla., with a bachelor s degree in aeronautics. She served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and has family in law enforcement. Officer Guindon is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Trey P. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps prior to joining the Department. Officer Hume is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Stacey L. Jalivay is a graduate of Saint Leo University in Florida with a master s degree in criminal justice. Officer Jalivay is assigned to work patrol in eastern Prince William Glenn M.
