6 Building Your Career You ll begin your career as an associate/analyst with an assignment in the Home Office and the expectation of moving to one of our eight field offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Newport Beach, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa or Washington, D.C. After gaining experience as a producer or asset manager in the field, you may decide to return to the Home Office to join our leadership team. 8 Specialized Roles As an associate/analyst, you will specialize in asset management or production as you train for a role in a field office. Market associates/analysts in production participate in the investment origination process and lead investment reviews with senior management, determining which investments are made. Milwaukee is Wisconsin s largest city, with a population of approximately 600,000 with another 1.4 million people inhabiting the surrounding community.
