Afterwards we enjoyed some of mom s homemade (noun, plural) and lemonade while listening to music. On the way home we asked mom if we could go to the (noun) again next week!

Skiing Down the Mountains My family has always talked about going (verb-ing) so when mom and dad decided it would be a good idea to take us this (season) we couldn t wait to go! I packed a lot of (noun, plural) and (noun, plural) because I knew it would be very (adjective). When we got to the (noun) my sister helped me put on my (sport) gear. 3 A Holiday Surprise I was really sad when my (family member) moved to (location) last year. I thought I would not get to see her on (favorite holiday). I bought her a (noun) that I planned on mailing to her new address. To help cheer me up on (favorite holiday), my mom baked me some (noun, plural). While setting the (noun) for dinner I noticed an extra place setting. I wondered who would be joining us. My dad saw a (adjective) star outside our window. He told me to make a (noun). Then I heard the (noun) ring. (same family member) walked through the door and gave me a big (noun). What a wonderful holiday surprise!

Our Afternoon Picnic My family and I took a walk to our local (noun) on (day of the week) so we could have a (noun). My mom carried the (noun) which was filled with (noun, plural), (noun, plural), and refreshing (noun, plural). I couldn t wait to eat! My dad laid out the (noun) so we could sit down and enjoy the (adjective) weather. After lunch my grandma spotted an (adjective) truck. My dad bought all of us delicious (noun, plural), but we had to eat it quickly before it (verb-ed)! Afterwards we played (favorite game) until it got dark. It was a great day!

My Trip to the Pet Store One day I asked my parents for a pet (animal). They both said yes and we took a trip to the (noun) shop. Right away I spotted my (adjective) pet. He had (adjective) eyes, (adjective) fur, and a loud (noun). I decided to name him (name). I knew we would be best (noun, plural)! The (noun) shop owner helped me pick out a (noun) and treats my pet would like. He also gave me (noun, plural) on how to take care of my pet. I listened (adverb), but I couldn t wait to bring him home. At my house we played (favorite game) and I showed him my (noun). I know I will be sad when I have to leave him with (family member) when I am at school!

Family Camping Trip My family and I took our first (adjective) trip in (month). Dad set up a (noun) for us to sleep in and we built a (noun) so we could (verb) marshmallows. We took a walk to the (noun) so we could take a swim. We also rowed a (noun) and went fishing. I caught the biggest (noun)! My dad was very proud, but told me I had to (verb) him back into the (noun). At night we told (adjective) stories and sang (adjective) songs while making s mores. Afterwards we looked at the (noun, plural) and tried to find the big dipper. Out first (adjective) trip was a success!
