7 NELSON Team CATHERINE PANAS, Account Manager Ms. Panas has an extensive history with CitiGroup, most recently acting as NELSON s liaison between CitiGroup s CRE Team and NELSON s various project teams. Her wide-ranging project management experience has provided her the necessary tools to guide and manage various NELSON project teams working within the CitiGroup portfolio. She offers a senior level perspective when creating and monitoring schedules, developing and tracking budgets and executing relocation activity. Catherine s analytical approach to problem solving, ability to drill into details, love for architecture and real estate, and an in-depth understanding of the process of design and development makes her a critical component of the CitiGroup/NELSON Team. HANNS MIMBERG, RA, Senior Project Director With 34 years of project management services, Hanns Mimberg has provided support for various projects across the financial industry. In 2007, Hans managed individual projects up to 125,000 SF, totaling more than 750,000 SF. For this particular project, he will be responsible for the day to day contact with CitiGroup. He is responsible for developing the program, planning, concepts and the design of the project. His responsibilities will include project documentation, schedule, budget, resources and contractual matters, as well as review and approval of submittals and field operations. He will be the single point of contact for the client, circulating information down to NELSON project team and consultants. DENNIS LANE, RA, Technical Team, Project Architect Dennis Lane brings a strong, multi-disciplinary background in both design and project management to the CitiGroup/NELSON Team. His experience includes designing highly technical environments for financial clients in the Fortune 500, including the Merrill Lynch Integrated Operations Command & Control project (iocc). He will coordinate with Hanns, assuring best-in-class design is being pursued. He will work closely with Hanns and Megan to assure final construction documents are complete with the engineers and consultants input. MEGAN MCQUILLIN, Technical Team, Project Designer Megan McQuillin is a highly skilled designer with a strong knowledge of interior architectural design, programming, space planning, specifications, and project management. Her experience includes signage design, layout, and selection as well as project management from programming and design through installation and move in. Having recently worked on the Merrill Lynch iocc project. She will be responsible for full interior design, furnishings, and finishes package. Tasks will include managing the design and documentation process to assure the highest quality product. Megan will work closely with Hanns, Dennis, and the consultants to coordinate the design, engineering, and audio/visual components of the project into one conclusive set of construction documents.
