4 DAY 1 Participants will depart Toronto by coach for the 1.5 hour drive to the Niagara Region. The first stop will be in the small town of Jordon Ontario where everyone will experience a tour and tasting at Cave Spring Cellars. Wine is said to paint a picture on the palette of the place where it was born. As Cave Spring Cellars celebrates twenty-five years of winemaking excellence, it is with a sense of deep appreciation for the place their wines are born. Cave Spring has established itself as one of Canada s most acclaimed wineries. The distinct soil and climate of our vineyards on the Beamsville Bench have and will always play a critical role in the ongoing journey of crafting elegant and distinctive cool-climate wines. There are also local shops for participants to enjoy browsing before re boarding the coach. Upon arrival to Niagara Falls, guests will check in to their hotel rooms and have time to relax and unpack before going out to dinner. Dinner will take place at Elements overlooking the Canadian Falls. Every evening beginning at dusk, the Falls are lit in the colours of the rainbow. It is spectacular! 5 DAY 2 Your first stop today in this wondrous region will be Hornblower Cruises. The Hornblower Cruises offers a spectacular experience with a thrilling ride as it travels to the base of the thundering falls for an amazing close up view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls! The boat is a half hour thrill of a lifetime! The cruise starts off at a calm part of the Niagara River and takes its passengers past the American and Bridal Veil Falls, then into the dense mist of spray inside the curve of the Horseshoe Falls. You will then journey along the Niagara Parkway, which will provide you with an opportunity to view the impressive Niagara Gorge, with its swirling whirlpool rapids, pass by the world's largest floral clock and sites of the famous Battle of Queenston Heights between the British and the Americans during the war of 1812 before arriving to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a spectacular oasis for wine lovers. This is a community of wineries with individual personalities, as distinctive as the wines they create. Each winery has its own unique story: from the sleekness of glass and steel to the warmth of stone and wood, Niagaraon-the-Lake's wineries are expressions of their diverse personalities. 5

6 DAY 2 Everyone will visit one of the fabulous wineries for a unique and exclusive experience called the 'ART OF THE BLEND' EXPERIENCE. Rated the #1 group activity in Niagara, this unique experience allows guests to participate in an interactive, hands-on blending experiment. Guests will have the chance to work together to create their own blend of wine modeled after Hillebrand's award winning Trius Red. The Wine Consultant will lead the experience and provide participants with insight on the characteristics of the grape varieties which are assembled to create Trius Red. Guests will participate in blending teams and be asked to create their own unique blend. Teams will name and bottle their own blends and each member will take their bottle home with a customized label as a memory of the experience. The final blends will be judged by the Wine Consultant and the winning team will receive special recognition. This unique Trius experience allows your guests a 'behind the scenes' look at the winemaking process. This experience is approximately 2 hours in length but can be customized for your group. Lunch will also take place at Trius. Finally to finish off your day and indulge in another special experience, you will visit Chocolate FX. Chocolate FX has always been a highlight for large and small groups and those travelling on bus tours through Niagara-On-The-Lake. Located along the wine route, they promise a sweet time as guests sample chocolate from their tasting bar and enjoy an introduction to chocolate making by one of the resident tour guides. They have a production viewing window where guests can watch the panning process in action. For dinner this evening, you will have a customized dinner and wine pairing at Peller Estates Winery. It's been just over 50 years since the original owner raised a glass to toast his very first vintage, and the same family proudly carries on his tradition of crafting wine with an uncommon commitment to quality. And their efforts have not gone unnoticed. The winery has won many prestigious awards for signature products, like Icewine, as well as Chardonnays and Rieslings, which are as good as or better than those produced anywhere abroad. They have also earned international acclaim, being recently named Best Canadian Winery of the Year at London's International Wine & Spirit Competition. 6
