21 Stonehenge: Project Overview Gathering and processing wet gas in the Marcellus First project is in Butler County, PA Rex Energy is anchor producer 40 MMcf/d cryo plant (Sarsen) is in operation, with NGL storage, a truck rack and a de-ethanizer tower 5.4 gpm inlet gas, including 3.6 gpm of ethane and 1.8 gpm of propanes+ Installing a de-propanizer. No local market for ethane and limited markets for butanes and pentanes, but PA is a net propane importer.

22 Stonehenge: Immediate Expansion Bluestone plant: 50 MMcf/d cryo plant with NGL storage with rail access, truck rack and de-propanizer Residue gas pipeline and interconnect to Dominion s 20 TL-400 line Twelve compressor units capable of using ethane as fuel Inlet: six units at 1480 HP each (four at plant and two in field) Refrigeration: two units at 840 HP each Residue: four units at 1480 HP each

23 Stonehenge: Structure Rex wanted to be included in plant ownership Stonehenge formed new JV (Keystone Midstream Services) owned 60% by Stonehenge and 40% by Rex Subsequently, Rex brought in Sumitomo Corp. as a partner on both upstream and midstream Stonehenge is operator of midstream Rex commits to use Keystone (Stonehenge) for all gathering and processing in Butler County (795 sq miles) and part of Beaver County (100 sq miles)
