6 Bicerin Adult Egg Cream 1. In a tall glass (at least 8 ounces) mix: 2. 2 ounces of Bicerin di Giandujotto 3. 2 ounces of cold milk 4. 4 ounces of seltzer (or plain carbonated water) chilled Directions: 1. Pour the Bicerin di Giandujotto into the chilled tall glass. 2. Slowly stir in the milk. 3. Slowly pour the seltzer into the glass from 3-5 inches until a thick foam comes to the top of the glass. 4. Using and ice tea spoon or a long swizzle stick, stir the mixture quickly and briefly making sure the foam does not bubble over the glass. 5. Serve immediately. 6. Enjoy! 6

7 Bicerin Amaretto Nutty Freeze 1 oz Vincenzi Amaretto Di Torino 1 oz Bicerin Di Giandujotto Chocolate Liqueur 1 maraschino cherry 2 scoops vanilla ice cream Blend the ice cream, Amaretto and Bicerin in a blender until smooth. Pour into cocktail glass and add a cherry on top! 7

10 Bicerin Jelly Ring Martini 1. Prepare a cocktail Shaker with ice 2. 3 ounces (2 Shots) of Bicerin di Giandujotto 3. 3 ounces of Raspberry Vodka 4. A splash ( ½ oz.) of Chambord (or raspberry syrup) 5. Shake and pour 6. For an added touch, dip the rim in cocoa or chocolate milk powder. 10

12 Bicerin Tiramisu Martini Ingredients 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored vodka 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Bicerin Di Giandujotto 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Kahlua (coffee liqueur) Directions Pour the vodka, Bicerin, and coffee liqueur into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve. 12

13 Café Seattle Ingredients 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Bicerin Di Giandujotto 1 oz. Bailey's Irish cream 1 oz. Vodka Coffee Whipping cream Directions Put the Bicerin, Irish cream and vodka into a large coffee mug. Fill will coffee and top with whipping cream. 13

16 Chocolate Candy Cane Martini Ingredients 1 candy cane, crushed, for garnish 2 ounces Bicerin Di Giandujotto 2 ounce Candy Cane Vodka (or 1.5 oz vodka and ½ ounce peppermint schnapps) A plash of cream (or milk) Ice cubes Directions Place crushed candy canes on a small plate or saucer. Wet the outside rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Holding the glass by the stem, rotate the rim to coat with candy. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Bicerin and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into prepared glass; serve immediately. Garnish with a miniature candy cane 16

17 Chocolate Marshmallow 1.5 oz. Marshmallow Favored Vodka 1.5 oz. Bicerin Di Giandujotto Dash of half & half In an ice filled shaker combine all the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Dust cocoa powder over the top. 17

18 CoCo LoCo Ingredients 1.5 oz. Coconut Rum (or Malibu) 1.5 oz. Bicerin Di Giandujotto 2 oz. cream or half and half 1 sprinkle nutmeg Add cream, Bicerin and rum to a cocktail shaker Shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry and a sprinkle of nutmeg. 18

20 Ho Ho Ho Hot Cocoa 1 oz peppermint schnapps 1 oz Bicerin Di Giandujotto 1 tsp crème de menthe Hot chocolate Whipped cream Shaved chocolate for garnish Pour the peppermint schnapps, Bicerin and crème de menthe into the bottom of an Irish Coffee Glass. Top up with your favorite hot chocolate. Top whipped cream Garnish with shaved chocolate & a candy cane 20

22 Limoncello Ultra Lemon Martini 1. Pour into a Cocktail Shaker with ice: 2. 1 ½ ounces of Vincenzi Limoncello Di Torino 3. 2 ounces of Vodka 4. Shake until chilled 5. Into chilled martini glass squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge 6. Pour in the contents of the shaker 7. Top with a splash of San Pellegrino Limonata 8. Garnish with a lemon slice 22

23 Limoncello Di Torino Iced Tea 1. Pour into a tall glass with ice 4 ounces of ice tea 2. 2 ounces of Vincenzi Limoncello Di Torino 3. ½ ounce of Triple Sec 4. Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint 5. Enjoy 23

24 Limoncello Italian Margarita Ingredients 1 1/2 ounces tequila 1 ounce Vincenzi Limoncello di Torino 2 ounces margarita mix Directions Dip the rim of your glass into the Limoncello and then dipping it into sugar or salt. Simple but effective! Pour Limoncello, tequila, margarita mix in shaker and shake until cold Pour in glass and garnished with a lemon or lime slice. 24

25 Limoncello Cranberry Sparkle Ingredients Per Cocktail 1 shot Vincenzi Limoncello Di Torino 3 ounces lemonade 1 ounce cranberry juice 1/2 ounce San Pellegrino Limonata (or sparkling water) 1 lemon wedge Preparation Add all ingredients, except soda, to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a tall glass filled with ice, top with Limonata or soda. Garnish with a wedge of lemon. 25

26 Limoncello Sour Ingredients Per Cocktail 1.5 oz. Vincenzi Limoncello di Torino ½ Lemon sliced Angostura Bitters Tonic water Crushed ice Preparation Muddle the lemon in a highball glass Add the Vincenzi Limoncello di Torino Top with tonic water and 2 dashes of bitters

27 Limoncello Sunrise Ingredients Per Cocktail 1 1/2 ounce Limoncello Di Torino 3 ounces fresh orange juice Dash of grenadine 1 orange slice Preparation In a tall glass, add all ingredients over crushed ice. Add the grenadine and let it settle to the bottom (do not stir) to create the sunrise effect. Garnish with an orange slice. 27

28 Limoncello Lemony Bacca Baci* Ingredients Per Cocktail 4 ounces sparkling wine 1 ounce Vincenzi Limoncello Di Torino 1 tablespoon fresh blackberries, currants or raspberries Crushed ice Preparation 1. In a mixing glass, combine sparkling wine and Limoncello Di Torino. 2. Place a spoonful of crushed ice in a Champagne flute and top with raspberries, blackberries or currants. 3. Pour the sparkling mixture over the berries and ice. *The Italian translation for this drink is Lemon Elderberry Kiss. 28

29 Cosmocello Ingredients Per Cocktail 1.5 oz. citrus vodka 0.5 oz Cointreau 1.0 0z Vincenzi Limoncello di Torino 1.0 oz of cranberry juice Crushed ice Preparation Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and double strain into large cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon or lime wheel.

30 Arnaldo Palmero Ingredients Per Cocktail 1.5 oz. Vincenzi Limoncello Di Torino 4 oz fresh brewed ice tea ½ oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice Crushed ice Preparation Combine all ingredients in a tall glass with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.

32 Amaretto Cranberry Kiss Ingredients 2 oz. cranberry juice cocktail 1 cup vodka 1/2 cup amaretto 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice Ice cubes Clementine, peeled, separated into segments Directions Mix cranberry juice, vodka, amaretto, and orange juice in a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes. Pour into a Martini glasses. Garnish each with Clementine segment 32

33 Amaretto Colada Ingredients 3/4 oz. Amaretto di Torino 3/4 o1 1/2 oz. Vodka z. Malibu 2 oz. Pina Colada 1 cup crushed ice Directions Combine in a cocktail shaker, shake and pour unstrained into a cocktail glass Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Enjoy! 33

34 Amaretto Sweet & Sour Ingredients : 2 oz Amaretto 1 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice 0.5 oz Lemon Juice ] 1 Maraschino Cherry Directions Frost a cocktail glass rim with fine sugar. Pour the Amaretto and the grapefruit and lemon juice in shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds. Pour in the cooled glass and add the maraschino cherry. (No ice cubes!!) 34

35 Bicerin Amaretto Nutty Freeze 1 oz Vincenzi Amaretto Di Torino 1 oz Bicerin Di Giandujotto Chocolate Liqueur 1 maraschino cherry 2 scoops vanilla ice cream Blend the ice cream, Amaretto and Bicerin in a blender until smooth. Pour into cocktail glass and add a cherry on top! 35

36 Ginger Snap Martini Ingredients: 2 oz Vodka 1 oz Vincenzi Amaretto di Torino 1 oz simple syrup 1 oz molasses 2 ¼ thick slices of fresh ginger pinch of cinnamon Pinch of clove Pinch of allspice Crystallized ginger for garnish Preparation: In the bottom of a cocktail shaker place the ginger, molasses, simple syrup and spices and muddle well. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into prepared cocktail glass. 36 Garnish with ginger.

37 Italian Sunset Ingredients: 2 oz Vincenzi Amaretto di Torino liqueur 3 ounces orange juice 3 ounces club soda 1 dash grenadine orange slice and cherry, for garnish Directions: 1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. 2. Pour the amaretto over the ice then slowly add the orange juice and top with club soda to form layers. 3. Add a dash of grenadine and garnish with a cherry and orange slice. 37
