3 ABOUT WAGNER BOTELHA WAGNER GARCIA BOTELHA is an attorney practicing in real estate, urban planning, agribusiness and infrastructure since 1997, with a bachelor s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC Campinas) and a post-graduate degree from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC/INSPER - São Paulo). Enrolled with the Brazilian Bar Association (Chapter of São Paulo) and the Portuguese Bar Association (Chapter of Lisbon).
