1 Healthy Relationship Project Take an assignment sheet-do not put into your notebook just yet Notebooks out-to be handed in Objectives: Illinois State Standards Goal 24.B.3a: Apply a decision-making process to an individual health concern. Goal 24.A.3b: Demonstrate methods for addressing interpersonal differences without harm. Goal 24.A.3c: Explain how positive communication helps to build and maintain relationships at school, at home and in the workplace. Goal 24.C.3a: Apply refusal and negotiation skills to potentially harmful situations. Learning Targets: I can: 1. Identify 5 positive traits about myself. 2. Identify five traits of a healthy relationship. 3. Identify five warning signs that a relationship is unhealthy. 4. Identify my own belief and values when developing healthy relationships. 5. Describe my own personal criteria for relationships. 1
2 Directions: 1. You are going to create a Google Slides presentation on healthy relationship and how your values will impact your future relationships. 2. Make sure that all of the topics are part of your Google Slides presentation. 3. You are REQUIRED to make at least 6 slides for this presentation! 4. The different topics you need to address in each slide are on the assignment sheet. Slide #1 - All About Me! Who You Are? Describe yourself. Use words and pictures. List hobbies List positive qualities about yourself. Feel free to add an APPROPRIATE picture of yourself. Be creative! 2
