2 In simple it s a rental option where you get a chance to own the solar system after the rental contract. What is our Solar Rental Solution? You pay a fixed monthly rental in return, you use the energy the system produces. Immediate SAVINGS! This option of financing is one of the most popular, instead of the customer buying and paying for the solar system upfront, the customer pays a low and fixed monthly amount to install the system and they get to have all the energy produced. After the rental period, you get to own the system and now produce free electricity for the remaining lifecycle of the system. Contract Terms: Solar PV s have a lifespan of 25 to 30 years; our rental period is between 7 to 10 years. Full ownership after contract expiry. Insurance and Maintenance: During the rental period, all maintenance, warranties and insurance will be covered by BlueShift Energy Solutions. Savings: No upfront payments, the monthly rental amount will be lower than what you are currently paying the utility. You pay out of your monthly savings from your current electricity bill. Installation Cost: you pay Zero installation cost; we will procure and purchase the equipment.

4 How a Solar Rental Works Site Audit & Financial Analysis BlueShift provides you with a FREE solar consultation that includes a site audit and solution financial analysis. Solar Retal Agreement You sign a Solar Rental Agreement with BlueShift (this includes insurance and maintenance). We buy and install through our internal financing. No upfront payments. Energy Use You pay ONLY for the power the panels produce at a rate (KWh) typically less than that charged by the utility company. Solar System Installation BlueShift designs, procures, installs, licenses and connects the solar system to your premises. Maintenance & Monitoring BlueShift continues to monitor and maintain the system while you save on your energy bill. Contract Review After contract expiry (10 years), you can sign a new agreement or own the system.

6 FAQ s Can I afford solar? Financing options? If you can pay your current utility bill, then you can afford solar. You pay no upfront capital for the solar system on the solar rental option. You pay a fixed system rental fee for the duration of the rental agreement. We offer three solar financing solutions: you can either buy your system CASH, get it FINANCED through a bank (we will assist you with the whole process), or sign our Rental/Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to get access to our ZERO down payment option. All solutions will save you money. Will I still get an electricity bill from my utility company if I have solar panels? What are the financial benefits of solar energy? Yes. Unless your solar energy system includes battery storage and you are fully off the grid, you will still receive a bill from your utility. However, it will be a dramatically reduced bill, depending on the size of the solar energy system versus your demand for energy. When you install a solar energy system on your property, you save money on your electricity bills and protect yourself against rising electricity rates in the future.
