7 BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AN EXCLUSIVE RENTAL OF OUR ROOM ON OUR EVENT FLOOR Choice of food The final choice of food must be provided at least 4 weeks before the event. Number of people The final number of persons must be provided 2 weeks prior to the event. Minor changes in the number of persons (up to a max. of 10 %) are possible up to 3 days prior to the event. The number of attendees provided as of this date will serve as the basis for calculating the total charges. Cancellation Policy Booked events can be cancelled free of charge according to the following sliding scale: up to 30 days prior to the event // 100 % up to 14 days prior to the event // 50 % up to 7 days prior to the event // 20 % up to 2 days prior to the event // 5% You will be charged the full amount of all services for cancellations made at a later date. Prices All listed prices are including the VAT of 19 %. Terms of payment The total amount for all booked services must be paid in advance. For this we will send you a deposit invoice of 100 % 30 days prior to the event. Default of payment We shall apply the statutory rate of interest to any delayed payment.
