Because she was the favorite. 6 And her rival also provoked her severely, to make her miserable, because the LORD had closed her womb.. Chapter :1 Hannah prayed and said,. a. My soul is exalted in the Lord. b. My heart is exalted in the Lord. c. My horn is exalted in the Lord. And Hannah prayed and said: My heart rejoices in the LORD; My horn is exalted in the LORD. I smile at my enemies, Because I rejoice in Your salvation 3. Chapter 3: What did Samuel answer when the Lord called him? a. Here I am Lord! b. Here I am Lord, speak! c. Here I am! that the LORD called Samuel. And he answered, Here I am!. Chapter :3 Who asked the question, Why has the Lord defeated us today before the Philistines? a. Army of Israel. b. Let us bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD from Shiloh to us, that when it comes among us it may save us from the hand of our enemies. 5. Now therefore, present yourselves before the LORD by your tribes and by your clans. 10. Chapter 11:7 What did Saul do with a yoke of oxen? a. Fed them with new grain. b. Turned them loose. c. Cut them in pieces. 7 So he took a yoke of oxen and cut them in pieces, and sent them throughout all the territory of Israel by the hands of messengers, saying, Whoever does not go out with Saul and Samuel to battle, so it shall be done to his oxen. And the fear of the LORD fell on the people, and they came out with one consent. Page of 6
