Christmas residential and New Year residential packages require a deposit of 50 per person with full prepayment due by Friday 1st November all party night bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 10 days pending receipt of the completed booking form with a deposit of 15 per person within the aforementioned 10 days. Should space be limited with another party looking to pay the 15 per person deposit you may be requested to pay the deposit in less than 10 days. Remaining balance due by Friday 1st November all monies paid in advance are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be used to pay for any other goods or services. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in the party of this policy. Early Bird wine offer on party nights is non-transferable and must be consumed on the night of the party.
