18 One View Warehouse Suggestion Inquiry This applications provides users the visibility into how effective warehouse suggested transactions by branch/plant are being processed over time. Files retrieved for these reports include: Warehouse Suggestions (F4611), Warehouse Suggestions Tag (F4611T1) New Fields Confirmation date/time, Cancel date/time, User Defined Fields: Employee Name, Employee ID, Employee Shift, Employee Shift Start Date/Time, Employee Transaction Date/Time, Employee Transaction Elapsed Time. * These fields can be populated from a third party solution and customized OVR reports may be produced. 18

19 One View License Plate Quantity This application will give users insight into a broad view of license plate information that is associated with locations for license plate enabled branch/plants. Files retrieved for these reports include: Item Location (F41021), Lot Master (F4108), License Plate Item Detail Table (F46L11). 21

Files retrieved for these reports include: Item Location (F41021), Lot Master (F4108), Location Master (F4100), Location Dimensions (F46022) & License Plate Location Capacity (F46L30). 22

22 Warehouse License Plate Workbench Proposed Enhancements Improved Usability and Navigation License Plate Workbench will be enhanced to support Warehouse License Plate Picking Optimization, great opportunity to improve UI at the same time. Used by Warehouse Personnel to: Search and view License Plates, Update and manage License Plate information, Transfer License Plates between locations, branch/plants, etc, Delete License Plates, Issue inventory from License Plates. 24

23 Warehouse License Plate Workbench Proposed Enhancements All of the forms have been updated to comply with the current user interface standards. Forms have been resized, Form controls have been moved to current spacing standards, Buttons have been moved to menus. Grids that are wider than the form have basic grid formats created. The License Plate Additional Data sub form has been removed from the View License Plate Information form. The information from the sub form has been moved to a new hover form that can be displayed from any License Plate Data Dictionary item. 25
