2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Prices are subject to change without notice. Listed Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, storage or packaging. Quantities are limited, for orders after March 31 please call ahead Payment by cash or Cheque only. Minimum deposit of 25% must accompany all orders, with balance payable at time of pick-up. Telephone or Fax orders will only be held in reserve for 5 mailing days for deposit to arrive; after this date with no deposit order may be voided. We reserve the right to keep the deposit on all orders cancelled or not picked-up by client. There are no warranties other than stock true to name, implied or expressed and our liability for the nursery stock ceases at time of pick-up. Due to Acts of God or other causes beyond the nursery grower s control, we reserve the right to cancel or alter the order in whole or in part. This price listing precludes any previous price listings. MINIMUM QUNATITY ORDERS OF $25.00 of NURSERY STOCK NURSERY SEASON AND PICK-UP Nursery stock within this listing is for the spring 2016 season only. Spring 2016 season for stock pick-up anticipated from April 23 to May 15, with possible earlier pick-up date depending upon weather and nursery grower s soil conditions. AWS will follow up on all orders received to contact purchaser for confirmation that stock has been lifted, packaged and in storage for pickup For pick-up arrangements, phone 1 week prior to check nursery operation hours All pick-up orders will be from our home base in Grey County, Georgian Bluffs Township, with agreement to enter on private property at your own risk and to indemnify and forever save and keep harmless Aquatic and Wildlife Services, its agents and home base from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, damages, loss, cost or expenses arising out of any injury to persons, including death, or loss or damage to property which may be or alleged to be caused by or suffered as a result of or in any manner associated with the performance of this transaction, order or agreement.
