6 How to support your child s study How Parents Can Support: Please ensure that homework is completed on time. Encourage your child to ask teachers for help if there are any difficulties or attend GCSE clinics for additional support. Encourage your child to be observant and take an interest in the world around them. This could include reading local and national newspapers and watching news programmes that frequently include geographical issues. Encourage your child to manage their own revision using the resources provided by their teachers. Encourage them to make use of both college and public libraries and computer resources like Doddle to support their revision.
