2 Day 1 Welcome aboard Thomas Cook s exciting and comprehensive tour to Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau. Proceed to Shenzhen. Spend the day shopping. Today start your fun filled tour arriving into Hong Kong. On arrival you will be greeted by your friendly Thomas Cook Tour Manager / local representative outside the baggage hall area at the airport. Sit back in your coach as we proceed to the Shenzhen - The shopper s city. Enjoy Indian lunch at local restaurant. Spend the rest of the day shopping. As a fast developing metropolis, it has a good selection of department stores and shopping centers, where everything from basic commodities to high-quality brands can be found. This is an ideal destination for those who are addicted to shopping. Electrical appliances, fashionable and reasonable clothing, jewellery are some of the best choices for you to buy in Shenzhen. After a day of fun, get ready to enjoy a delicious dinner at local Indian restaurant. Overnight at Hotel Ramada or similar in Shenzhen. Day 2 Start the day with a visit to the Mineral Museum followed by a visit to the Window of the World, a replica park where you can see some of the best tourist spots across the world. WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate of exchange changes substantially prior to departure. Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us. Tips to hotel waiters, drivers, etc. Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passenger other than those included in the What your Tour Price Includes box are to be paid for extra. POINTS TO BE NOTED It is advisable to book 35 days prior to the departure date as the ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the Tour cost. Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la- carte is not possible. American Breakfasts will be served throughout the tour except in Shenzhen. In Disney Land, lunch coupons will be provided and the same can be utilized at any of the restaurants inside. Porterage is not included in the package and the clients will have to carry their bags on their own. Tips of USD 05 per person per day are compulsory in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Macau for services of the guide and the driver. The same needs to be given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable for an Adult/Child/Infant. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers. Thomas Cook will not be liable for the same. We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure; excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However all services will remain the same. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure. The Company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure. Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance. There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour. The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement. Due to operational reasons lunches are omitted on certain days. Certain departure dates will have surcharges applicable, please contact out local sales office for details. Standard check-in time for the hotels are 1500hrs while check-out is at 1200hrs. The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services,

6 weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger. Thomas Cook will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Air-line. The clients will have to go through immigration formalities at all the ports of entry.
