2 07/ Teacher/Librarian/Nurse Salary Structure MINIMUM MIDPOINT MAXIMUM $51,500 $61,500 $71,500 AISD s previous step schedule for teacher/librarians/nurse positions has been replaced by the salary range listed above. Employees in these positions will be compensated at the starting range minimum ($51,500) assuming no previous experience. Experienced hires to the district will be considered at a rate contingent upon experience, education and internal equity. Teachers with a master s degree are paid an additional annual stipend of $ that is not considered toward range penetration of base salary.
