1 Wedding Policies Our capable and trained catering staff is ready to assist you in planning and carrying out your special event. We can arrange an occasion in almost any style and price range, depending on your requirements. Food and Beverage All food and beverage, with the exception of a Wedding Cake, must be purchased through Alpine Country Club. Due to health regulations, no outside food and/or beverage may be brought in and no leftover food or beverage may be taken from the premises. There will a $50 charge to cut and serve a wedding cake. Menu Selections and Guarantee Menu prices are subject to change until the Menu Selection is confirmed with the Event Coordinator. Menu selection must be made at least two weeks before the event. A guaranteed number of guests attending is required at least 72 hours before your event. In the case of Tuesday or Wednesday events the number must be confirmed before 2:00 pm the previous Friday. Should guests in excess of the guaranteed number attend, the Club reserves the right to substitute menu items for the increased number of guests. The Club will prepare for the party and bill the party host/hostess based upon the last guarantee or actual number of guests served by the Club which ever is larger. Ceremony For a Wedding Ceremony there is a $250 fee which includes chairs, set-up, clean-up and rehearsal. Deposit and Cancellation A deposit of $ is required at the time of booking in order to secure the room. Room deposit is non-refundable if not canceled before 30 days of function. Room Charge For wedding receptions, there is a $500 room rental charge, which includes set-up/clean-up, waiter/waitress service, tables, chairs, cake table, registry table, gift table, linens (white, champagne or black) and skirting for tables. Service Charge A 20% service charge and Utah State Sales Tax will be added to all prices. (except room charges) Bar Service Bar service must be arranged in advance of your event. You may host the bar for your guests or you may arrange for your guests to pay for their own bar beverages. Cash Bar s must meet a minimum charge of $150. Property Damages and Losses The guest will be responsible to reimburse Alpine Country Club for damages by attendees and or other persons associated with the event. Alpine Country Club will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged or left on the premises. Guests will not move any Alpine items from their current location or attach items to walls, doors or windows without prior approval from the Event Coordinator. Dress Regulations and Etiquette Payments Only Members of the Alpine Country Club can charge functions to their Club account. Special Function members and guests of members will pay for their functions by cash, MasterCard or Visa. Rice Throwing rice, confetti, bird seed or flower petals is prohibited inside the Club as well as outside on the Club premises. Wedding bubbles are permitted outside of the building. Violation of this policy will result in a clean-up fee of $200.
