Duties & Respnsibilities: B2B a) Cuntry/market sales respnsibilities Under the directin f the Directr f Sales and Admissins and Directr f Internatinal Student Recruitment, ensure effective sales results in designated markets by: Implementing the internatinal sales and marketing plan Managing sales activities fr defined cuntries/markets as agreed with DISR including multiple verseas sales/marketing trips p/a Defined territries fr primary respnsibility: Suth East Asia & Australia (Sydney) nshre internatinal. Sales/marketing trips t ther territries may als be required as necessary at the instructin f the Directr f Sales and Admissins and Directr f Internatinal Student Recruitment Recmmending and implementing sales tactics (including attendance at exps, wrkshps, events, advertising etc.) fr specific cuntry/markets Wrking clsely with ther sales and marketing staff t advise n the apprpriate marketing mix fr a cuntry/market Liaising with and actively prmting all SAE Institute s prducts, services and expertise in relevant prfessinal frums and t apprpriate rganisatins and clients b) Custmer Relatinship Management Ensures effective CRM utilisatin by: Prvisin f input and supprt fr Custmer Relatinship Management (CRM) systems develpment and implementatin Planning and crdinatin f CRM cmmunicatins Crdinatin, implementatin and mnitring f CRM based marketing campaigns Day-t-day liaisn and cmmunicatin with students, clients, and ther stakehlders utilising a range f authrised cmmunicatin channels, including fficial scial media sites, in accrdance with cmpany plicy c) Educatin Agent and Articulatin Partner Institutin relatinship management Build an effective channel f distributin thrugh educatin agents and articulatin partner institutins by: Develping and maintaining an effective netwrk f business t business relatinships Establishing, negtiating and implementing cllabrative pprtunities and leveraging applicable cmmercial terms with ptential partner institutins in Suth East Asia Prcessing requests fr agreements with prspective business partners Ensuring regular training and prduct knwledge t agency netwrks thrughut Suth East Asia Maintaining precise recrds f all agent agreements/cntracts
