1 Crafted in San Francisco POCO DOLCE WHOLESALE MEET POCO DOLCE OWNER KATHY WILEY Poco Dolce Confections was started by Kathy Wiley in 2003 as a small San Francisco baking company specializing in regional Italian pastries. Within a year, she discovered a passion for creating hand-made chocolates with unique and exciting flavors. Having a predilection for more savory foods, Kathy decided to finish a piece of bittersweet chocolate with a sprinkling of Grey Sea Salt (also known as Sel Gris.) Poco Dolce s bittersweet chocolate Tiles were born. The name - Poco Dolce - literally translates from Italian as not too sweet or just a little sweet. 2 INTRODUCTION CHOCOLATES & CONFECTIONS HAND-CRAFTED IN SAN FRANCISCO Run by a nine person team for most of the year, the utmost attention and care is put into crafting each and every Poco Dolce product. Created in small batches in our San Francisco production kitchen, each hand-made, GMO-Free chocolate or confection features only the finest all-natural ingredients, from California Olive Oil and Organic Peanut Butter to sea salt harvested off the coast of Brittany. It is always our mission to create products on the savory side of sweet, hence the name Poco Dolce, or a little sweet in Italian. Hand-crafted from Bittersweet Chocolate, Poco Dolce s signature Tiles each has its own unique style and is finished with a touch of grey sea salt to create an unforgettable experience on the savory side of sweet. Burnt Caramel Toffee SKU: SBC08 Bittersweet chocolate with a burnt caramel toffee center. Aztec Chile SKU: SAZ08 Cinnamon, roasted pumpkin seeds, and two types of ground chiles.
