1 DAILY SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverage (breakfast and lunch) will remain consistent from day to day for the majority of AAD functions except for those where a specific menu is listed. Please use this guide when arranging for the requested daily food service. Breakfast: To be placed on buffets inside of rooms (if unable to fit inside room, outside is ok). Lunch (other): Plated and Buffet will vary by day, but the same lunch will be served to all listed in the Schedule of Activities, unless indicated otherwise. Refreshments: All breaks with refreshments should include assorted regular (30%) and diet/caffeine free (70%) sodas and assorted bottled waters, based upon consumption. 6:00 AM 5:30 PM M&C Workroom Room 300 Catering: X At 6:30am 25 bottles of water Assorted juices 6:00am-5:30pm DNP AAD Staff Workroom / Break Room Catering note: Stocked items are listed in Wednesday s Staff office, please make sure they are included in BEO s.
