Menard is a life-long resident of Mountain Lakes, N.J., and a proud member of the community with a vested interest in the town s aesthetics and neighbor satisfaction. He has been involved in building since his earliest days. He graduated from Mountain Lakes High School, received a civil engineering degree from the University of Delaware, and landed a job supervising multi-million dollar projects for a large construction management company.
