EAT, DRINK AND BE MERRY The Beacon have put together a Christmas 2016 Events pack, with all the options laid out clearly for you to choose from. Our party team will take the strain and make sure that all your requirements are met. We'll even sort out the mistletoe. Celebrate with the best of English Wine and nibbles that quickly turn into mouthfuls and a 3 course meal that has all the classics, made to perfection.

3 CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR IN OUR HOME CHRISTMAS PARTIES 1-24 December Whether it is a whole office party or an intimate Christmas meal we are able to look after you. We have three areas that cater for large parties. - The Card room can seat up to The Billiard Room that can seat up to 22 or 30 guests on 2 tables. This space can also be used for up to 30 with a buffet and private bar. - The Cellar can seat up to 60 or up to 90 with a buffet and private bar. CHRISTMAS DAY Traditional Christmas Day lunch served pm 75 per guest, under 12 s and under 5 s free BOXING DAY A La Carte Menu with special Roasts Open from 11 for drinks, food served from 12pm 5pm NEW YEAR S EVE 65pp - glass of fizz, 3 courses, coffee, DJ from pm 7 pm : 45pp - Table rebooked after 2 hours

5 FEAST MENU (for 8+ guests) Our Feast Menu is perfect for a Christmas Party as it encourages everybody to get involved in the party spirit. You will receive a selection of all of the Starters in the middle of the tables for all to enjoy a bit of everything. We will then serve the Main Course option accompanied with the selection of seasonal vegetables to the whole party in a family-style', allowing everybody to feast on as much or as little as they like. This will be followed with your chosen dessert in a similar fashion. 6 The PARTY Menu 4/4/4 for The Card Room can comfortably seat with its own private lounge area. The Billiard Room offers beautiful views over The Happy Valley and can comfortably seat up to 22 or 30 guests on two tables. This room can also be used for a drinks and buffet event for up to 30 guests with a private bar. Finally our Cellar Room, with its own private bar, terrace with stunning views can seat 60 guests.
